Session Preparation


  • Prepare a list of 2-5 psychosomatic symptoms or struggles you are experiencing, such as blocks or unhelpful patterns that you would like to work on.
  • Refrain from alcohol and drug use for at least 12 hours before your session.
  • Eat before your session as we may be as long as 3 hours and refrain from excessive caffeine use that day.
  • Try to come well rested. I cannot guide you if you are sleeping.
  • If a zoom session: plug your computer in and use a USB headset to ensure I can hear even if you start to whisper.
  • Ensure that the camera will be on your face if you become very relaxed and slide down in your chair.
  • Silence your phone and put animals in another room, where they cannot disturb you.
  • If someone is driving you to your session, they are not permitted to stay during your session. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby where they can wait. This provides privacy for your session.
